Don't waste your money! Placed an order over 2 weeks ago, and it hasn't shipped. They won't cancel it, claiming it's being processed. I decided to dispute the charge, as others on Facebook report the same issue.

AVOID. ordered 15/12. Still no delivery 18/01. No communication replies initially other than the generic auto reply. Asked for a refund, eventually got a reply to say they cant because the order is in process. Had an email tp say its been dispached, but part of the order will be another 3 weeks. Refinded via CC company and raised a dispute. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

I ordered twice from them. Both times shipping took close to a month. They refused to return an item that I no longer wanted. In order to start a return you have to email them, say you want to make a return, then you have to figure out the shipping all by yourself. They will only refund you once they receive the item and “inspect it”. Their customer support is horrible. Anytime you send them an email you get an automated reply that doesn’t address your question. I strongly recommend against buying anything from this company.

Tried to cancel my subscription, couldn’t find my subscription page upon logging in, so I emailed them (shipment date was 1/10/26 and I emailed them on 12/31/25). The didn’t respond until about 1/12/26. They sent a link on 1/9/26 where I could manage my subscription so I immediately canceled and the order was still processed. As soon I saw it was being processed I emailed them to have it canceled AGAIN. They responded to this email also on the 12th. They had already shipped out. When I received it I asked they provide a prepaid return label as I didn’t need more product and they REFUSE to send me one. Also, the palace was ripped open and I only received 1/2 products somehow they don’t provide return labels (and don’t guarantee refunds but they were willing to send me a whole new product). They kept sending the same email template – copy and paste. I’m simply reporting them to BBB.

I purchased this product on January 3, 2026. It is now 1/17/23 and it has not shipped. I emailed support and they basically said they aren’t in any hurry to ship if it is a sale product. After waiting a few more days I finally emailed them to have them cancel the order and they said they can’t cancel it because it is getting ready to ship. Do not buy from this company. Get a different product or buy from Amazon otherwise you are waiting about a month if not longer to receive it. The customer service could care less about the customers. I hope this product is worth it.

I’m wondering if this company is scamming their customers. I placed an order over 4 weeks ago and still haven’t received it. Be careful dealing with them.

Company is noncompliant. Ordered on 12/15 no response I have called, emailed with no response. This company is a complete joke and absolute waste of time.

Ordered the beginning of December 2025, never even received it yet...and its already going to be February 2026...What a way to start the New Years...emailed several times, with NO RESPONSE. Hope they didn't just rip me off...????? Do not recommend this company!!!
