Great support

The quality of customer service and tutoring greatly exceeded my expectations. Everyone I have worked with has been extremely professional and helpful. My customer service manager, Mercedes Lake, explained how the program worked, how the tutoring sessions would go, and was always available for questions or consultation. She was diligent in her follow-up and was pleasant to work with. Our SAT tutor, Robyn, was equally exceptional and has been diligent in her scheduling, follow-up, and tutoring methods. She was a great fit for our daughter and I really appreciate the fact that Mercedes helped pair us with a good tutor fit from the very beginning. We were able to review tutor profiles before we selected one and had a joint tutor/parent/student call to kick off the tutoring sessions. We talked about goals and methods and as parents, we felt fully confident in handing over the remaining sessions to our student. Great program!

Revolution Prep has been amazing for my son!! I was told my his academic advisor that it was very important to them find a good match and she meant it! His tutor, Duro, is a PERFECT match for him. He is professional, warm, very smart and knows how to challenge my son. Great teacher! My son's PSAT score was 1190. Several weeks later, he is at 1500! I would definitely recommend Revolution Prep.

As the parent of four, I have consistently sought the best for my children. Revolution Prep gave me the confidence that I was doing just that. The service and customer care is unmatched. Sue always makes time to answer of any of questions or concerns. The college process is stressful for all, but using this service took a huge weight off. Additionally, I valued the care Revolution Prep took in matching my child with a tutor that would perfectly suit his needs. Luke found creative ways to keep my child engaged and present in the sessions, while still making incredible progress. I will definitely be considering Revolution Prep for my other children.

I could not be more impressed with Katherine and revolution prep. She was a perfect match for my daughter. With such a stressful process, Katherine is not only teaching her the skills to perform she is building her confidence that she is prepared. In this covid climate it is uncertain if tests will be optional. Katherine is not just teaching to the test, we are using the summer to get my daughter ready for concepts in math she will need this upcoming year. It’s a win win all around.

As educators ourselves, my spouse and I witnessed exemplary instructional practices and a feedback system that focus on personal student growth and goal-setting as well as effective parent communication. Our son actually asked us for another round of instruction, which pretty much tells us how meaningful this learning experience has been for him and how Revolution Prep helped him develop a growth mindset towards his college aspirations. We have gladly decided to sign up for another 24-hour package and are confident that this will really help him improve his SAT scores.
