This company operates in a highly suspicious and untrustworthy manner. Initially, they ran my machines without issue for a couple of months, but then the struggles began at first with low uptime. Then, my machine went completely offline for more than two weeks. When I noticed that, I reached out to them and the machine suddenly came back online and ran perfectly again— meaning there was no technical issue with the machine and raising serious doubts about their integrity. I suspect they have been running the machine for their own benefit while continuing to charge me for electricity.
After that incident the machine ran normally for about two weeks. Then the machine’s uptime dropped dramatically to around 35% over the past two months, resulting in approximately 65% less revenue compared to an identical machine that I hosted elsewhere. I contacted the company multiple times, but despite repeated assurances that their technicians “would look into it,” I have not received any updates or resolutions in weeks.
Avoid doing business with this company. They demonstrate a clear lack of transparency, professionalism, and regard for their customers.

I began hosting with Revolution in…
I began hosting with Revolution in early 2024 using a single miner. At first, everything seemed fine, but a few months later the issues started showing.
During the summer months, they experience significant downtime, and reimbursement for lost uptime is nearly impossible to obtain. Their customer support is extremely poor responses often take days or even weeks, if they respond at all. I spent about six months disputing downtime and reimbursement with them, and after I left an honest negative review on Trustpilot, they shut off my miner completely.
They appear to monitor their Trustpilot page closely and attempt to have negative reviews removed or censored. After they disabled my miner, I asked to dissolve my contract (which automatically renews yearly) and have my miner shipped back so I could host it myself. They cited a clause stating I would need to pay hosting fees for the remaining months before they would release my equipment. I declined, since they had not provided proper service for months.
After I updated my review to reflect that they were holding my miner unless I paid more, they reached out and offered to waive the fees and send me my miner if I took the review down. I agreed and removed it, but since then they have dragged the process out for weeks. I have still not received my miner or my security deposit.
While they did host my miner for a short period, it’s clear something deeper is wrong with their operation. Between their poor uptime, unreliable communication, and the fact that they delay returning customers’ property, there are major red flags.
It’s also worth noting that their listed miner prices are well above market value. After doing some research, I found many others reporting nearly identical experiences, with some even mentioning potential legal action. Their contract is heavily written in their favor, and it appears to be used to give customers the runaround.
I’m sharing this so others are aware before investing with them. I’d hate for anyone to get caught in the same situation that I and many others are dealing with right now

Officially just a SCAM
UPDATE: Now that my contract is finally over I can safely say that they stole $15,000 worth of miners and security deposits from me.
They didn't host for the final 8 months of my contract, then cut off all contact in the final month.
They sell overpriced miners that they don't host for you, then steal from you.
Their customer service is atrocious.
Their techs are incompetent.
Their management and COO are liars and thieves.
Save yourself the headache of interacting with and having your money stolen by these scumbags.
I am currently in the process of reporting them to the FBI and FTC for wire fraud and encourage anyone who had a similar experience with them to do the same.
UPDATE: While policing trust pilot instead of hosting miners, this company will post a comment under any legitimate customer's review making it seem as if they are willing to remedy issues that reviewers complain about. I have been in regular contact with this company for TWO YEARS. They have not hosted my miners for the past 6 months and have lied about "making things right" after every call and email. If you do business with these people they will not fix issues, they will lie to you and hold your hardware hostage.
They spend more effort policing trust pilot than hosting miners.
READ THE DETAILED REVIEWS.
ASSESS THE QUALITY AND UPDATES TO THEIR WEBSITE.
COMPARE THEIR PRICES TO OTHER COMPANIES.
READ THEIR CONTRACT AND ASSESS WHO IT FAVORS.
TRUST YOUR INSTINCTS.
UPDATE: Days after I posted my last update all 4 of my miners have been offline. Coincidence? That's 83, 43, 41, and 41 days offline respectively.
When I suggested we dissolve the contract and just go in our separate directions, this is the reply that I got:
" Option 1: Resume Hosting
We can prioritize getting all of your miners back online as soon as possible and resume your hosting services without any changes to your current contract.
Option 2: Early Contract Termination
If you prefer to dissolve your hosting contract and have your miners shipped to you, the following costs will apply:
Early Termination Fee: $528/month × 5 months = $2,640
Shipping Fees: $225 × 4 miners = $900
Total Amount Due: $3,540
You have a total of $1,800 in security deposits on file ($475 + $1,325). If you proceed with early termination, your deposit will be fully applied toward the outstanding balance. As a result:
$3,540 (Total Due) – $1,800 (Applied Deposit) = $1,740 Remaining Balance Owed
Let us know how you’d like to proceed, and we will ensure the appropriate team takes action right away."
So my options are "resume hosting", which is all of the miners that I bought through them remain offline or pay them for the remaining months on the contract to get them to release my miners to me.
UPDATE: Since my initial review got censored it gives me an opportunity for this update. My initial miner that was offline for 4 days in my initial review is now at 42 days offline and I now have a second miner that has been offline for 2 days.

Don’t waste your money
You guys are horrible. Almost a whole year of just bad service. I see I have to cute my losses. I’ll keep my business with MuskMiners but I’m done with RevolutionMining. Please don’t contact me unless it’s for a partial refund. Which won’t happen. Such a waste of time and money.

Stay away from this investment it's not…
Stay away from this investment it's not worth it, my miners were offline or dead most of the time and they still charged the full invoice. The customer service is nice but at the end of the day they don't care if you are profitable or not. If they don't want to fix your miners you are screwed. I'm very disappointed the idea and concept was cool but it ended up being a scam.

Return of $475 deposit and half month overchange
I had multiple issues with this company. The most recent issue is that my contract was completed on 3/15/25. They billed me for a full month of March on 3/2/2025. I brought this to their attention on 3/4/25, and they said they would refund the full month and charge my card for the half month. As of May 6th, they have not refunded me, nor have they charged my card for half a month. When I looked at my miner stats in April, they turned off my miner on 2/28/25, so they should not bill for the half month. I requested in February that when my contract was completed, I wanted my miner returned to me. In April, I paid an additional $225 to return my miner, and they did get it shipped on Friday, April 11, 2025. On Friday, April 18, 2025, they said they would return $110 for half of March. On Tuesday, April 22nd, I emailed again and asked when they would refund my money, $110, and the $475 deposit. As of May 6, 2025, 9:00 apm Eastern time, they have not responded to my emails.

They worked very well until the summer…
They worked very well until the summer months. Since July my miner is pretty much not mining anymore. I understand the heat problem in Texas and Im fine if they shut my miner down for a bit, but the funny part is, they are still charging me for electricity for that period. And the worst is, they are not responding any of my 4+ enquiries about that.
Their troubleshooting is terrible.
My next miner definitely goes to Finland or another cold place.
