Some onboarding teething issues, but Revolution Mining showed they cared about their clients.
After a somewhat disappointing start with Revolution mining, with delivery ETAs showing incorrectly due to a bug in their webpage logic, and a potentially faulty miner being delivered, things substantially improved. Revolution showed they cared about their customer's onboarding experiences, and setup a video conference with me to understand the issues I was experiencing. The call was friendly and a resolution to the above issues was put in place. I did have reservations about the level of time zone coverage they could offer Australia, but it was helpful they run their support hours in Pacific Standard Time (PST), which benefits the east coast of Australia. I would certainly consider expanding my hosting investment in Revolution mining. Purchasing this first miner really was a toe in the water, to test what they could offer me.

A good experience
The company helped me find my footings well and fast as a new miner. Their customer service is top notch, they are really patient with the customer assisting with issues. I would advice any intending miner to give it a shot here.

Very helpful to someone who is new to bitcoin mining.
The response and help of the people at Revolution Mining was unbelievable. They were so helpful to me as this is completely new to me and I am intimidated by this technology.
