Worst service ever: 15 days have passed and my order still "confirmed"! E-mail sent to customer service and I got myself a AI bot answer "order is in the finishing phase" - a week ago. Similar order on Ray-Ban was on my doorstep in less than 7 days. Desappointed.

I have had the Revo Descend N type for a long time and they are wonderful and such good quality. Living in Perth (sunny always) they get used a lot and I love them as they offer great sun protection for my blue eyes and clear visibility with good colours. I broke one of the nose pads off (after >10 years of use) and can still use them comfortably. I have treated them very harshly but minimal damage to the lens if any really.

Order this pair of sunglasses that’s meant to be photochromic and sporty. The grip on the back of the ears was zero, like any shake and the glasses shake on my face, and they don’t become any darker on sun apparently. Custemer service asked me to ship them to Hong Kong and pay for the return or get a 20% refund and keep them. I informed them that this is unacceptable as this is a faulty product not staying in the head properly after simple shaking but still the best they could offer is 30% refund and me to keep them. Never ever getting anything from them. Such a worthless product.

I purchased a custom pair of Revo Crystal/Blue Waters sunglasses with progressive lenses. I absolutely loved the look of them, but the vision quality never felt quite right. Even though it had been a long time since my purchase, I contacted Revo and they immediately replaced them at no cost to me. I am thrilled with both the product and the company. Their customer service was outstanding, and they truly stood behind their product. All companies should treat their customers the way Revo treated me. Highly recommend. 5 stars and 10/10.

The sunglasses were delivered on 31 July 2025 and with UK weather were barely used over the next few months, the failure occurred on 13 January 2026, less than six months later. They have been used only a handful of times and were being opened carefully in a normal manner when the right-hand arm just snapped off. As the attached photograph shows, the break appears to be at a thin plastic retaining point, which strongly suggests a design or manufacturing weakness rather than wear and tear. Sunglasses should reasonably be expected to withstand normal opening and closing for significantly longer than this. Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, durable, and fit for purpose. Where a fault arises within the first six months, the law presumes that the fault was present at the time of delivery unless the retailer can demonstrate otherwise. On that basis, this is a statutory issue rather than a discretionary or “goodwill” matter. Despite selling into the UK this doesn't seem to apply, despite them only being willing to provide a discount against another purchase. These glasses were very poorly made and the customer service was terrible, I have bought another companies product on Amazon to get their protection and these have been fine. Please do not follow my mistake after seeing a Youtube video.

Comprato un paio 2 anni fa , una lente si è rotta e richiedo la sostituzione ( pagando) Risposta dopo due settimane e che REVO non sostituisce le lenti in Europa ( non si fida della capacità dei europei a montare le lenti ). Mi propongono di acquistare una altro paio scontato. Accetto Al momento della consegna , oltre al prezzo di 150 euro mi richiedono indietro anche il vecchio paio di occhiali ( regolarmente pagato) Ovviamente mi rifiuto Per me l’esperienza con REVO è finita , hanno perso un altro cliente . Glasses broke right in half while wearing them. No impact or anything just fell into two pieces. Always kept in case when not in use and Revo while advertising repair no longer will repair and glasses had just gone out of warranty. I have been using Revos exclusively sinc ethe 80s and the quality and customer support has degraded
