Efficient . No complaints. Observation - spending too much on advertising or 😁

I spoke with 5 other reverse mortgage companies before I chose Steve at RMF. The other 5 companies each told me different "stories". One of those loan officers pressured me endlessly to go with him. He called me 3-4 times a day even after I asked him to stop. Steve was honest and thorough. He was very patient and he explained the facts to me. His terms were excellent. When I compared his terms to some of the others I saw that many wanted to charge me close to $25,000.00 in out of pocket fees! It took me about 2 weeks to review everything before I chose Steve. He let me call and ask numerous questions and he never lost his patience with me.

Everyone was very helpful and mortgage was completed in a timely manner.

We were so happy and impressed with RMF, and their representative May Zipp. May was just fantastic, and a pleasure to deal with. There were no questions that she didn't have an answer for, she's so knowledgeable, and easy to work with. She really took good care of us, and made the whole process painless. After looking into reverse mortgages and reading some negative comments, we were nervous about going forward, but Alan had a conversation with May and she put all our fears to rest. I was very pleased with Jason Margolefsky and Reverse Mortgage Funding. All of my many questions were answered promptly and to my satisfaction. Laura Pearson was also a big help with the loan process. Everything was done in a timely manner and I would highly recommend the company and especially in view of the fact that their fees were lower than elsewhere. My only suggestion for improvement would be to better prepare the client for the closing i.e. explaining how funds would be distributed at closing and in the future, prepayment of property taxes etc.

After looking into quite a few companies for a reverse mortgage, I am quite pleased that I chose Reverse Mortgage Funding.
