It is the stripping away of privacy…
It is the stripping away of privacy that got me. The regulations imposed and the time consumed exhausted this ole lady, who did it all alone. I realize now the government is more at fault. RVM was fine and I would recommend them but WARN all about the horrors ahead. Be very careful about the agency you choose to initially advise whether you should even take a Reverse Mortgage { govt. mandated ] Mine was a complete scam !!

I was a bit apprehensive when I began…
I was a bit apprehensive when I began my quest for a reverse loan, I just wanted information with no pressure. I was contacted by Reverse Mortgage Funding. remember I was just looking, for answers. Reverse Mortgage Funding was not my first contact. I was quickly put to ease by a very personable gentleman. His Name was Nicolaus Coromelas. "Nico" was to the point, no BS and knew his business and the total business of Reverse Mortgages. Needless to say, I decided to work with Nico, and Reverse Mortgage Funding. Nico guided me and my wife through all the steps, and made the transaction quick and easy, So Yes I would recommend Reverse Mortgage Funding.

I had a great experience with Reverse…
I had a great experience with Reverse Mortgage Funding. All my questions were answered, everything was handled in a timely manner, everything they said proved to be true. My agent went out of her way to answer questions, and once the process was over, did not forget about me. She even sent a gift basket at Christmas. This is the kind of company I would be comfortable recommending to friends.
