I was also included in the procedure, counseling, etc. and to be truthfully honest, I was confused,at first, on all that goes on but Jim really helped me understand everything. I would rather be castrated without anesthesia than to go through this again. First it took no less than 6 times to get a call back for my certification. Then I changed my trust deed to include my wife. The person that changed the trust was harassed so much by Reverse Lending Funding that he actually called me and asked me what is wrong with these people. He spent a long time on the phone with them, with what he said were silly questions that were asked and obvious. Then came the very incompetent notary. What should have been a one time signing I had to deal with about 3 or 4 times. She failed to thoroughly review the documents that we signed. This on top of all the ignorant and obvious questions that were asked by the lending processor who I believe was the first time she tried to process a loan. I advised my friends, family, and colleagues to NEVER do businress with this company and I told them why.

I am very satisfied with my decision to go with Reverse Mortgage Funding. I have piece of mind knowing I can stay in my home until i pass away or other arrangements can be made for me. Frank Murphy was great explaining how this works and made me very comfortable with my decision to go this route.
