In the beginning everything seemed so bright and merry, however as time went on things got to be ridicules, communication with the company got to be less and less. I provided everything on my part, just because my house was paid off, it took many papers for them to believe it, including my sisters death certificate who had given me the money to pay the house off. I had the paid off deed but it just seemed to be not enough for them. Then comes the appraisal, first was 258,000.00 then the company they say HUD did not like the value, so they sent another appraiser from the same Valuation Group who chose properties that were not even in my neighborhood, such as one that was 1.6 miles away not even close to the type of neighborhood I live in, all to get a lower appraisal of 215,000.00, I knew I had a problem with the appraiser when he did even measure the house right and I had to correct him. Yes I finally got the Reverse Mortgage .

In my situation it took a while to clear certain issues that were preventing me for a quicker approval. Thanks for RMF in assisting me to clear the issues and I am very happy that my loan has been approved.

Larry is the best, he explains everything clearly and didn't get frustrated if I asked too many questions. I would refer him to anyone who is considering a reverse mortgage. He was very easy to talk to and took the time to explain

They were very slow it took almost 2 months and they were not very successful with the tax liens I had to do that myself and it just kept being drawn out and drawn out I think it took way too long was not happy with as long as it took

I thought it went well working with Larry McAnarney very pleased . I was a little surprised notery did not furnish a copy of paperwork that was signed that day he bought a thumb drive but I don't know that's the same and I like a paper copy of what was signed
