I had an older pair of Oakley's and the lenses I ordered did not fit. They were quick to send out a new pair once I got the lens measured. They were far more helpful and friendlier than the Oakley store. The other lenses I bought for my Holbrooks are great.

I ordered the wrong size lens, totally my fault. I sent an email stating my mistake. Heather reached out to me to offer her assistance. She had me send some pictures of my frames and lenses. I just received my new lenses and they future perfectly. Thanks Revant and Heather.

Hi Dealing with Revant support could not have been any better . I made a mistake myself when ordering and realised when I seen the order email I got on to support and Heather replied she was so helpful an unbelievably nice person, sorted out my problem for which I am very grateful 🙏. Terrible! Ordered lenses over a week ago. No contact, no shipping. All it says is label has been created. No telling when I will receive my order. No phone, no support. Stay away.

Customer support doesn't exist its all AI trying to take care of you. I attempted calling and contacting them but have not gotten any responses and phone just says we are to busy to answer a call on repeat. I ordered a week ago and item just says label created pending pick up. Stay away from Revant order elsewhere.
