Ordered a Gameboy Advanced SP online
Ordered a Gameboy Advanced SP online, a week later they refunded my order with no communication as to why. No email telling me it was refunded. I only figured it out because I looked at my account to see what step my order was at. When I called in, they couldn't give me an answer as to why my order was refunded, and could only confirm that my order had in fact been cancelled. Not impressed with the unprofessionalism and lack of communication

Make you’re self a favor don’t shop here!!
Holly fk were do I start first I get a message that I had ordered something that I didn’t for almost 300$ Contacted them and said it was a bug so I let it slide so delivery came around And turns out they send my package through FedEx. FedEx later couldn’t deliver my package because they don’t deliver to PO boxes so I had to drive an hour away to get my package just to turn out that the driver wasn’t there so I had to drive back the next day causing me to spend 40$ in gas This seller should advise they don’t ship to PO Boxes but the console it self was in grate Condition but horrible shipping experience never buying from here again ✌️✌️

Terrible Experience!
I bought an item from this company. Immediately they start spamming my inbox with offers. Two days later i get a credit from my bank, no cancellation email. I reach out to support, and they give me stock out excuses. I call them out that their system still shows 10 in stock and then they say its a system issue, "but i should be able to reorder again". So basically stock out excuse was a straight up lie. Someone messed up pricing and they wouldnt honour an order that they accepted. I think other reviews reinforce their service quality. Horrible!

Hi Tahir, The experience you had was caused by the fact that we do not deal with new items and mostly deal with used items. The issue with dealing with used items is that sometimes when the demand for a particular item is high, despite trying very hard to keep up with the demand and procuring items to replenish the stock, it can take time. We also cannot guarantee the prices to remain constant as they depend on the market and at what price our team is able to procure the items again. Despite this, we try our best to offer each of the items in our inventory at the best possible price while maintaining the quality with a 121-day warranty. What a HORRIBLE company
What a HORRIBLE company! BUYER BEWARE!!!! I have been trying for a week to send back a SNES that did not work. I HIGHLY YOU SUGGEST YOU GO TO ANOTHER COMPANY! You do not want to deal with these people. I'm really beginning to think that I got scammed!

Terrible company
Terrible, Terrible Terrible company, I have been trying to get a refund for a 3ds console that I purchased from them for a Christmas present last year, the console did not work. Reached out to them a few days later about the issue and it's now May 20th, they have the console and still no refund only excuse after excuse! Please save your time and money buy somewhere else

They do not honor their product or their return policy
I was so excited to get my game system. I ordered a classic NES console with 2 controllers and multiple games, none of which were shipped together, none of which worked. The company is now saying since “I changed my mind” they are going to charge a 10% restocking fee and will not send me prepaid shipping labels to return the faulty product. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

The reason we have to sometimes ship an item or multiple items separately is in a situation where all of the items in an order are not readily available in our main warehouse. In this case, we ship them directly from another warehouse. This does increase our shipping costs but, this way, we can make sure that the complete order can be delivered to our customers within the expected time frame. We offer a 121-day replacement warranty and you should not have to pay any charges for in this case. If your order was under the 30-day return period, you should have been able to return the order without any fee. EBAY AND AMAZON DROPSHIPPERS
They buy all their merchandise from other sellers and have those sellers ship it directly to you. They never see the games, they never test the games. They really have no idea what the condition or working order of any of their merchandise is. They say they ship from several warehouses, but this a complete lie. Why would you trust a company that so blatantly lies about their business practices? Just go to Ebay and buy the stuff yourself. At least you can view what that seller is like first hand. The response they will leave to this review will be a lie like all the other responses.

These guys are dropshippers
These guys are dropshippers. They buy from legitimate sellers on eBay and Amazon and try to scam the item away. They will then either dropship from a seller to your address or they buy or steal the item, get it sent to there place and send it directly to the customer for 3x the price. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
