Hi Jessi, We understand your frustration and appreciate you updating your review. We sincerely apologize for sending you a blank disc and for the initial lack of communication. We understand your concern about canceling the dispute before receiving the refund. When a dispute is filed, the amount is taken out of our account. This means that we do not have the amount on hand to refund the order amount to you. This is the only reason our customer support team has requested that you please cancel the dispute. This was our mistake and are again sorry about this. This seems like an honest error during packing and we do admit that this situation could have been resolved in a simpler and quicker way. We are going to investigate this but the delay in our customer support team getting back to you must have been because of the flux of orders during the busy season. We also mention this on our website as well. Your feedback about letting the customer know before shipping an order out that the color they ordered is not available and giving an option with the available colors to choose from or giving an option to cancel an order is absolutely right and we are already working on this.
