I had some issues with delays, not receiving a controller and being able to play playstation games. Overall the product is great and fun to play. I would like to thank customer service (Aimee) with helping me out with my issues. I would recommend this product to anyone who wants a great product.

I apologize for the inconvenience Calvin, your standard bundle should come with the controllers mapped to the system already and when you plug them in they work. They should also be paired as well but you will have to navigate to the bluetooth menu and connect to the already paired controller. If either of these aren't the case please respond to the email we sent you and let us know we can have another system with the controllers paired out to you at the end of the day today with a freebie for the inconvenience.

No, THANK YOU Aimee! I finally got everything plugged in today and the family is loving it!! Sorry about all the back and forth hassle but you got it fixed in no time! I'll let you know if we have any issues but I think we're happy over here.

Aimee at Retro Naut has made my whole week, month, year, LIFE with this thing! I put together a full list of Playstation One games and she helped me get rid of some of the games I didn't want to make room. I just figured out the save function and beat the first scorpion boss in FF7!!! Wish me luck!
