Mix up due to poor paperwork
My order was forgotten, then mixed up with another person's order. In the end, I received my product and am very satisfied with it.

Your order was not forgotten. The purchase was made on-site at an event. I took your info electronically in an area where there was poor reception (my bad). I looked up your address through the event roster and yes your order was mistaken for someone elses. Thanks for contacting us right away and allowing us to correct the mistake and learn from it.
