I ordered two pink bumpers and only…
I ordered two pink bumpers and only received one. When I reached out they didn’t respond. Plus they are out of green bumpers! 😡

In 2026 it should never take 2 weeks to receive an order. I can’t review the product because I haven’t received it….yet.

Please don’t review UPS here. We ship same day. Unfortunately we have no control over shipping services. Instead you can call them with the tracking number provided to see what the delay is.

Not as pictured nor described
I sent an email to RetrieverWorx.com. I hope to get a response from them. I sent a picture of the part I would like to receive and a picture of the prong collar that is vastly different from the picture and description of the collar I ordered. I have never seen a Herm-Sprenger collar that looks like the collar sent to me. I hope this company sends me the part I need to make this a symmetric collar as described and pictured.

Hi Tim, we emailed you that your order will be shipped on 3/1 and apologize for the delay. Hi Tim, Our tracking shows your item was delivered on 3/7. If you don’t have your order we would be happy to replace it. Please start by contacting us first as we can only see that the item was delivered from our end instead of venting here. If you read our other reviews we offer great customer service. We can have you sign for it on delivery to ensure you receive it. We will send out a replacement tomorrow.
