Wish it could be shipped to Canada
Wish it could be shipped to Canada
Response from RetrieverworxJul 28, 2024
There is a message on our home page for Canadian customers to email an order request and we will send you a quote. The shipping is expensive and often more than the items purchased but we are willing to ship to Canada. We are a small business and the costs related to customs registration are not feasible at this time.

Best Bumpers on the Market
I ordered the 3" Bumpers in white, orange, and black and I could not be more pleased with the quality. They are the perfect material and hardness. My dog loves to retrieve these and should last for a long time. I will order again.

Thank you! Glad you like the bumpers. We have a new green 2" in production now. Watch our Facebook page for release date!

Reasonably priced dog gear
Found what I wanted at a reasonable price, bought it, tracked it when it was shipped, and didn't have any issue with the item being exactly as I thought it would be.

Shady Days Ahead
Product was available, easy to order, quick shipping, packaged well. I look forward to using my umbrellas in the field. (Umbrella stand shown in picture was not included)

Glad you're happy with the umbrella and our service! Did you mean to post a pic with the umbrella in a stand (not visible)? Please share your photos of the umbrella in use in the field on our Facebook page or Instagram!

Actual design vs website image
A little disappointed in the actual image print. It doesn’t look like the image on the order site. Not sure if that was explained in the description or not.
Response from RetrieverworxJun 28, 2024
When the fabric goes to print there is variation in color and pattern so each umbrella may actually look different. We are the only supply company that offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with any Retrieverworx product please contact us and we will send a return label and refund your money.
