Thank you for your review and I am sorry the retainers did not fit well. The material we use is a .040 " polypropylene material that has ideal characteristics for a retainer. I am a board certified orthodontist and the standard in the industry is .035-.045" . Their are many different materials on the market and this material is strong, flexible, comfotable, does not crack and holds up well to minor clenching and grinding. Thank you for the review. The impression process can be challenging and we often try and work with questionable impressions. One of our struggles is deciding when to attempt to use a less than perfect impression and when to ask the customer to try again. I assure you I take this business very seriously and either myself or my dad check every retainer. We can always make an ideal retainer from an ideal impression but sometimes we struggle with less than ideal impressions. I am sorry the process did not work for you and am glad we were able to refund your money.
