This is my second retainer order from Retainers Direct. My youngest son lost his retainer a few months ago and I didn’t want want to pay $250 to replace it at the orthodontist. The impression kit was awesome and easy to use. Now my husband needs an extra one. They work great!

The service was quick and responsive. I was unsure if one of my impressions was OK, so I emailed a photo and got a response almost immediately. The entire process from getting the kit to getting the retainers was done in a couple of weeks (could have been faster if not for my own delay in taking the impressions).

Everyone was so responsive and friendly! I got a great deal on a retainer I would’ve paid a fortune for at the orthodontist. I would absolutely recommend Retainers Direct.

The website was very easy to use. The only reason I'm giving it a 4 instead of a 5 is due to a pricing issues that is not updated. I selected my retainer upper level then towards the bottom it showed a sale for a duplicate for half the price. When you click on the duplicate it's says an error on the page. When I later checked out it had asked if I wanted a duplicate but for the original price of 1. Also if you add extra putty when it prompts you through check out it was 14.99 or something similar to that but when I go to the home page it shows extra putty for 9.99 instead. Price discrepancy throughout the website needs to be fixed.

Honestly a great experience! For some reason I didn’t really believe this was legitimate at first, but everything went smoothly: ordering, taking the imprints (staff was helpful in answering my concerns), shipping, and receiving them fairly quickly. They come with a snazzy container & seem like good quality so far! I grind my teeth at night occasionally and it doesn’t seem like they’ve been affected at all. I would definitely recommend; it’s honestly a weight off my chest that this kind of dental service exists online.
