My impression kit came in super quick. I emailed a photo of my impressions and received feedback almost right away. Got my retainer about a week after sending my impressions! It fits perfectly. Very happy with the product and service!

I had a good experience! Paid extra for faster shipping and the whole process of ordering, receiving the impression kit, returning the mold, and receiving the finished retainer took about 1 1/2 weeks. My old retainer (that I’ve had for YEARS) broke in half, and since I don’t go to the orthodontist anymore, I was happy to find a company that provides another way to replace a retainer. The instructions were easy to follow on the impression kit. My only issue was that when I received the retainer, it was so tight that I almost could not get it off my teeth! Yikes! I finally got it off and after a few days of using it, the retainer is much easier to remove!

Retainers Direct has very short turn around time to get my retainer done and shipped to me. I like that they offer the priority mail option to further shorten the shipping time. I was also told that they will keep a digital scan of the mold so, later, the retainers can be replaced quickly without impression.

I originally posted that that while the process was easy and convenient, the retainers were cloudy. I’ve since found out that is the anti-reflection coating. I’ve been very happy with the retainers.
