Process was easy. I swear I made a better impression than my old dentist (although it took me a 2nd try). Send a photo to make sure the impression is good before mailing. Retainers fit perfect, no filing or adjustments needed.

When the initial kit came i really enjoyed the fact that they give an extra putty to make the mold/impressions just in case you mess up making them. The video instructions they provide are very helpful. Now, when the retainers came i was very happy with how perfect they fit. And i was also amazed by the fact that they gave a small bottle of retainer cleaner/teeth whitener. Usually you buy that stuff separate and it costs even more, but they gave all that included and for a lower price than how retainers alone are at a regular orthodontist. Very impressed. I was skeptical at first but the main reason i got them online was because doing the impressions at the orthodontist often causes a gag reflex and is just not pleasant at all, but doing them in the comfort of your own home was definitely so much easier. Dont be scared to order them!

Retainers Direct was a very efficient, hassle free way to get the perfect fit retainer that I needed. The price way also super reasonable! My husband is planning on using this same service as his retainers are beginning to fall apart.

The delivery was smooth and fast but retainers didn’t fit all that great had to take them to my dentist and let him cut them to fit better

Thank you so much for your review. We are working on getting more information out to our clients to help take a perfect impression. The impression is an essential part for a perfect fit. Filing it or trimming it with small scissors always helps with comfort as well. I am so happy your dentist helped it fit better.
