My experience with Retainers Direct was ok. The process was quick and easy, shipping was super fast, and Darren was very responsive and very friendly and helpful during all correspondence. Personally, I had some issues with my retainers. They weren't quite fitting right. And when I compared them to my old retainers from my orthodontist (which fit like a glove) the teeth on the new retainers were noticeably smaller. I wore them for a few weeks but my bite feels a little off so I stopped wearing them. I already went back and forth with Retainers Direct about it, and they already sent me a replacement (which I really appreciate) but it's still a little off so I'm moving on. This could totally be a personal issue or some issue with the way I did my impressions. Again, customer service was great and so was the quality of the retainers. I might just need a professional to do my impressions to get it right.

Retainers Direct was a life saver. Our orthodontist referred us to them because the office was closed due to the Corona Virus. We were able to order a kit easily. We created the impressions and mailed them back. Received fairly quickly. Retainer works great. I would highly recommend to others. Great price as well.

The retainers they made me didn’t work for my teeth. That being said, the following things were great: - Fast shipping time - Ease of taking impressions at home (good instructions) - Fast responses to customer service e-mails - When the first retainer didn’t fit, they made and sent me a second one for free) - When the second retainer didn’t fit, they refunded me in full. In short, this company seems dedicated to customer satisfaction, which is cool.

Very easy to use! Great instructions. We live 45 minutes from the orthodontist, and they will only order in sets of 3 retainers at a time. I only needed 1, and only paid for what I needed! We saved time & money! Retainer fits like a glove! And is very affordable. Fantastic customer servive!! Highly recommend Thanks!!

Very disappointed. After I sent my impressions to RD and not hearing anything back for over a month, I called their office. The receptionist annoyingly informed me that she sent me an email stating that my impressions are no good. I intentionally wanted the retainer to be fairly shallow, because I have receding gums and shallow retainer works best for me. She basically forced me to redo the impressions and when I finally received my retainer 2 months later, it was as good as trash. It was so tight, that I barely put it on and my teeth immediately started hurting. They didn't even bother to cut extra material that was covering about 3 mm of the gums above the teeth. The worst retainer experience ever!

From my initial inquiry Retainers Direct was very helpful and professional. I got the answer right away from the orthodontist, Darren Halton. He was with me throughout the process and I felt very good about it and I knew I could ask any questions I had. My previous retainer got broken and my dentist office was closed during this COVID-19 time. The service was very speedy once I got the impression and sent it off. The communication is more than I asked for. I recommend this excellent company to anybody and certainly I know where to go for my next retainer.

I was able to get a retainer for pretty cheap compared to going to the orthodontist. All in all it was pretty easy. My only side note is it did take a while. But your still saving money in the long run.
