Hello Nick. Thanks for clarifying that and I apologize for the experience. General Customer Care associates are unable to view full billing information and notices which is why they were unable to fully discern this was being cancelled by the system. We looked further into the logs and noticed in all three cases, the provided address didn't match what the card issuer had on file and hence the orders were being flagged for potential fraud. The payments did not pass the Address Verification Service (AVS) check.) Additionally, this was being detected as being placed from Morocco whereas the billing and shipping address were in the US. Our payment processor listed a number of other fraud or high-risk indicators associated with the order. As for the recommendation, we apologize for the inconvenience as that was the best alternative we could find at the time. A refund is being issued for this and should arrive back to your card within 3 - 5 business days or over the next 48 hours. Sorry, we could not serve you to your expectation Nick.
