The problem was in the mail

This company stinks
This company stinks, don't ever buy from them. I placed an order with expedited shipping, to arrive within 3-4 business days. 2 weeks later it never arrived. You can't call them, there is no phone number. I tried to track my order, the computer had no record of it. I emailed twice. Then I cancelled the order with my credit card company. Only after that did I hear from the "The Retail Market." They shipped the order at that time, after I canceled payment. It was too late for me to use the product.

Expect delays and zero help from customer service
Delayed shipping over 7 days past original order date (on a stock item). No communication or notification of delay. Customer service WILL NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS, I am now at 9 emails. The item was sent 2 weeks past due date almost a month after order date. Ive been requesting an order cancelation since I learned of the delayed item the beginning of June, it now June 22 and still no response from customer service on anything. But their head customer service sent an email inquiring about my satisfaction as well as requesting that I rate them.

Tried to cancel an order They never responded to three separate emails But we took it up with our credit card company and they can deal with it Do not order from this company Apparently they're a scam company.

Stolen products & images
Stolen products & images - Unauthorized reseller at insane markups. We just discovered our products are being resold at 150% our normal prices on this site. It's a scam - DO NOT BUY.
