Rubbish. This app/website is a scam. There is never any reservation available

American Express credits for Resy restaurants do not always kick in even if the restaurant is Resy eligible. They can't fix it even after calling them. What's more, the restaurant had also charged 20% extra on a takeout order for some "special event" which I did not even notice. So don't expect to get a credit just because you saw a restaurant as eligible on Resy!

Horrible billing and horrible customer service if there’s even customer service. Very disappointing as it’s related to Amex. Went back to Opentable as there’s a reason Resy is cheap.

Unbelievable mess. Dropped tasting menu seats at 10 AM and the app immediately showed "sold out." Not a single ticket had actually processed. Found out because our phone wouldn't stop ringing off the hook right in the middle of vegetable prep. And good luck reaching support—they killed off the live chat, so you're just screaming into an email void while losing covers.

Tried to make a reservation for 9/10/26 at a restaurant in Chapel Hill, NC. The restaurant uses Resy. Could not make the reservation because Resy said that my email was wrong. At one point, it said it would send a code to my email to allow me to make the reservation and the email it said it would use was the very one it said was incorrect. It is sad that a software program used by so many restaurants is so poor. I canceled my Resy account (again) and deleted the app. I wish more restaurants would use another app for reservations.

Went to Sylvias restaurant in Harlem a week ago and had an amazing time. The food was great and the drinks where strong. My server Ariela was sweet and accommodating

So Glitchy - I have had so many issues over the past 7 months of using this software and I cannot wait for my contract to end. Sometimes customer service is great and other times they are so rude. Today I posted events with tickets that need to be sold and now its glitching out saying the events are sold out. Terrible product and would NEVER recommend anyone use it.

I met with my life long friends that I had not seen in 10 years for a reunion and the 64th anniversary at Sylvia's restaurant in Harlem . We had the MOST amazing time ! It was epic ! The server Ariella was the best ! Her personality and energy was just so genuinely captivating , she was on point with everything ! The ambiance was lovely , the food was amazing and the crowd was just so happy and everyone around us was having the time of their lives as well . I haven't been out in a while and this was the best time in a long time! I actually made plans to come back this coming Saturday with my husband and hopefully we can request the same waitress . The gentleman at the door was also lovely and on a scale from 1-5 it was a 10 !
