I had an excellent experience with Resume Professional Writers. My resume never looked better! It took me a while longer, due to being busy, but Mia was always patient and responded immediately and often. I had lots of questions and all of them were answered professionally and promptly. I would highly recommend this company!

I give them 2 stars because of the price, communication of their "writers" and online format. Those are average at best. The writing ability of the people assigned to me was extremely poor. I believe they outsourced this to the Phillipines. My finished product in both the resume and linkedin package had spelling and gramatical errors throughout the page. They make you fill out a questionaire and copy and paste most of this into a word doc that is not easy to change. For the "linkedin write up" they took all of the resume section verbatim with very little change and that was the finished product. Their product may be OK for someone with no college education that needs an entry level job and resume fast. For everyone else, save your money.

We're sorry about the experience you had with our service. The management has called the attention of your writer and a disciplinary action took place. Our project manager is reaching out to you to resolve your concern. We do hope for your cooperation on this matter.
