Very professional service. Excellent resume writing. Their communication through every step of the process is amazing. Before trying Resume Professional Writers I spent $300 on a premium package at Zipjob thinking I'd be getting high quality results/service. Boy was I wrong. I was so displeased with Zipjob that I didn't even attempt to use what they gave me. Multiple people that saw my resume after Zipjob told me that the one I did myself was better. Trust me.....don't waste your time and money anywhere else. Resume Professional Writers will be my go-to anytime I need my resume updated.

I am disappointed with the service I got and would not recommend this company to a friend or colleague. Pros: My resume is better than it was before, I will say that, which is why I rated 2 stars vs 1. Was it significantly better? No. Cons: 1. You get the first draft (resume only) in the 4 day time frame but the overall process took almost 3 WEEKS. When you are actively applying to jobs, that is a really long time and dozens of resumes going out. 2. The first draft had a ton of grammar errors. It took me over an hour just to proof read her work. When I complained about the lack of attention to detail and grammar errors, her reply back also contained errors! Very very unprofessional. 3. The cover letter and thank you letter were pretty generic and not very customized. I also felt rushed to finalize these drafts even though I was not completely satisfied. Overall I wish I had gone with a different company that was more professional with the product they gave me and valued the timeliness of the final drafts.

I called your firm asking if you could help me with creating a new federal required narrative style resume by a certain date. I was told that yes you could and you had someone with knowledge of the job field. I had to rewrite sections of the resume. And did not have it by that date I was promised by your company. I am the one who finished writing it in order to reach that deadline. Your method of communication is very poor and archaic and needs some work also.
