I ran into a very strange and complicated issue, but the Restream.io support team, especially Jess, did an amazing job helping me resolve it. Their support, patience, and guidance were truly excellent. I’m very grateful for all their help!

This was the best experience that I have ever had using ReStream's customer service. When I tell you they had all the answers, so kind and would give helpful information without me asking and pulling teeth..... I am impressed because this is how all customer service should be, so if you have used Restream before, you need to! Judy, thank you for being you because you are a valuable asset to Restream! Restream knows business and has the tools and structure! It's simple, and they have the best 24/7 support, where you can talk to a live agent who is actually helpful!

I like cats.

after using them for several months and loving them, my business evolved no longer needing their services. after cancelling they contiued to charge me $239/mo so I attempted to delete my account. they said I'm not currently able to. I attempted to delete my payment method. they said "it's not allowed" after nearly 2 hrs of customer service chat there's still no solution to cancel as they say "it must be done on my end" so in short - great service... until you need to cancel one day. then you're stuck

great company with good benefits for streamers

I can't say enough good things about ReStream! I was having a frustrating issue getting my iPhone to connect to my laptop, and their support team was absolutely amazing. They patiently walked me through the entire process step by step, never making me feel rushed or like my questions were a bother. Their instructions were clear, they stayed with me until everything was working perfectly, and their customer service was outstanding.
