Reliability is our top priority, and clearly, we fell short here. Second, I can tell you and your team are true professionals who take your clients’ streams seriously. We’re honored that you’ve trusted Restream to power them. Your setup is quite advanced, and while that’s great for flexibility, it also makes troubleshooting harder — especially when 3rd-party encoders, networks, and custom RTMPs are involved. Still, that shouldn’t make your experience harder. That’s on us to improve. After going through your full chat history, I can see our team genuinely tried to get you back online as fast as possible — but they missed something equally important: listening. You deserved to feel heard, not just helped. I’m sorry that didn’t come through. I’ll personally coach the team on how we can better balance empathy with technical problem-solving. As for late-night replies — that’s a result of our 24/7 global support team working across time zones. More complex issues — like technical problems or billing — go straight to a human. And no matter the case, a human is always available at the next step. It honestly hurts to hear that it came across as if we don’t give a damn, because we really do.
