Grant was just fabulous...
Grant was just fabulous... I am new to the platform and needed to schedule pre-recorded streams as I was heading off on vacation, when everything went awry. Grant showed me how to make it all work, and essentially saved both my work and my trip. Whatever you are paying him, it's not enough. Sincerely, Douglas Connors Ottawa, ON Canada

Douglas — this review made Grant's week (and honestly, mine too). Saving both your work AND your vacation? That's the kind of support story we love. Thank you for taking the time to share this. I hope the trip was amazing! 🇨🇦 ~ Anya, Product Marketing

Niel was very patient with my Redneck…
Niel was very patient with my Redneck Aggravation and went above and beyond to take care of a client. As advanced as the A.I. was, I was extremely frustrated and on the verge of just subscribing to StreamYards, but he worked with me and got me set up like. a professional should.

"Redneck Aggravation" 😂 — I love the honesty. And I'm SO glad Niel got you through it before you jumped ship. That's exactly what great support should do: meet you where you are and get you set up right. Thanks for sticking with us — and for giving Niel a shoutout. He earned it! ~ Anya, Product Marketing
