HORRIBLE. ORDERED A MONTH AGO. ITS A SCAM

I just had a small issue with a product. Called customer service. Rose answered the phone and the issue was resolved immediately. Rose was understanding, kind and familiar with her products and customers. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY AND I WILL MYSELF SUPPORT THEIR BUSSNESS IN THE FUTURE. Please I caution you not to use this company!! Placed an order on 5/4/2021 at 10:39am and Its is 6/01/2021 and I have yet to receive my order. Spoke to them twice and they were rude and unprofessional claiming it was deliverd and signed for. They claimed it was UPS fault. It could have very well be the fault of UPS, but the attitude was certainly unappropriate!! Furthermore, I am still without my product and I was charged. Do not Use this Company!!!

Disappointed with our Valentine meal tonight from Petersham nurseries. Not a patch on their cafe food nor their yummy picnic hampers which we have ordered many times. The starter of gnocchi and pumpkin purée was fine but the duck was tough, the sauce bland and the potatoes and porcini mushrooms a horrible grey colour and tasted pretty awful like reheated potatoes do. I had to put them under the grill to try to crisp them up. The rhubarb pudding was really stodgy and again bland. We had a Valentine duck meal on Thursday from M&S which was very tasty and tender and a fraction of the cost, so will probably not be ordering from restokit again. The instructions did not tell you what temperature to set the oven to and a timeline of when to start cooking what would have been useful.

This has been the worst company to deal with and i will never use them again. I ordered three boxes of tissue 96 rolls along with some other items. All three of my boxes of tissue were damaged and unusable. Out of almost 300 rolls of tissue we were only able to salvage about 40 rolls. I have emailed and called several times and got no response. I finally received a email saying they were sorry and that they gave me a small refund for my inconvenience. What the world is that. I want my money back for all the unusable tissue. No response. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE THE WORST. i wish i had read the reviews first.

I ordered some snack foods from this company, and they came with just a month left on the expiration date! For something like small packages of animal crackers, it meant that they were already years old. I will never do business with this company again. Also, although they promise cashback to Rakuten users, it never showed up.

I dont even know where to start about this and Ive never posted a bad review before but this company needs to be blasted for how its run. Rude employees and people that dont care about you. Restock it sends damaged goods with boxes destroyed and ripped oven. Ive even gotten boxes repacked from UPS because the goods were damaged and box was destroyed during shipping. Employees will argue with you that its not their fault and they dont want to do anything about it and have to escalate it to the proper people to get it taken care of. Then when you place an order the following time they cut you off and say they will no longer send you merchandise because they had to refund for the damaged merchandise. Sent picture proof and everything. I would never buy damaged merchandise in a store why should I be shipped it and be responsible for it. They took my money and I had to send multiple emails to get it back and finally when someone responded to be a week later I was told I was cut off and they will no longer ship to me. During a pandemic these people are so rude that they will cut you off and not care that your business is struggling to get supplies to stay open to protect its customers and employees. Ive done nothing malicious to this company but try to get the supplies I ordered in non damaged condition. I dont think Im asking for anything out of the ordinary. Do not use this company. Your merchandise will arrive damage and the employees are utterly rude when you ask for them to do something about it. Take your business elsewhere and pay a few bucks more to get the quality service and goods that are not damaged.

Ordered TP and hand soap around May 6 not expecting to receive either item but hopeful. The delivery date was to be around May 22nd. Doorbell rang on the 11th and sitting there on my steps was two large boxes. Both the TP (96 rolls bulk order) and the hand soap had came ahead of time! The TP box was just a bit torn but it had been package taped with everything in it undamaged. This may not be your experience ordering but I must give due credit and recommendation when it is earned and Restockit has earned it in my opinion!
