I'm trying to return an item and I have not received a response from my email.

I have returned my items for a refund. I wanted the Bic Wite Out with yellow tape and only the applicators were in colors and the tape was still white. I don't want to give a glowing review with a refund request pending. I did receive the items in a timely manner and in good condition and I have returned the items in a timely manner and in good condition.

The measurements stated on the site were incorrect. I quadruple measured the item before purchase and it was off. So I'm pretty disappointed. I can't use it for my son's room. I won't be investing my time with ReStockIt. Shipment was fine.

I paid $28 for 3 pens and it’s 5 in the box. You took them out and sent 3 that don’t work

I searched several options . The one with the color scheme of red & green (cherries) was what i wanted .. I did not want spring/summer colors , a variety of boxes!! I need ALL CHERRIES 🍒

Thin and cheap. I will not be reordering.

Disappointed with our Valentine meal tonight from Petersham nurseries. Not a patch on their cafe food nor their yummy picnic hampers which we have ordered many times. The starter of gnocchi and pumpkin purée was fine but the duck was tough, the sauce bland and the potatoes and porcini mushrooms a horrible grey colour and tasted pretty awful like reheated potatoes do. I had to put them under the grill to try to crisp them up. The rhubarb pudding was really stodgy and again bland. We had a Valentine duck meal on Thursday from M&S which was very tasty and tender and a fraction of the cost, so will probably not be ordering from restokit again. The instructions did not tell you what temperature to set the oven to and a timeline of when to start cooking what would have been useful.
