Had a problem trying to order and had not updated my account. Contacted the CS at ReStockit and talked with a nice, friendly, and knowledgeable agent who took my order and helped me set up the account correctly. Back on track!

I mis ordered it only fits a specific mop head. I will order the whole mop.

The items themselves are fine. The same bags my store has been ordering for years now. However it seems like the company either changed shipping services or providers for these items. Previously, orders would get delivered the next day, now it's 2-3 days. Where before the packs of bags would simply be handed off as individual parcels, now the delivery arrives in a huge amount of unnecessary packaging. Solid packs of paper bags don't really need much in the way of protection. They certainly don't need to be shipped in a cardboard box. They don't even stop the packages from arriving looking like they were thrown off the back of a truck. One box was obviously damaged and almost mummy-wrapped in packing tape, and all of them were filled with a humongous amount of those plastic air cushions. Relatively minor gripes all in all, but as the customer I definitely notice the difference in experience.
