Have ordered from them several times and have always been pleased with the quality and service. We use the little round glasses all of the time and love how they have held up through many washings. Love their selection of pics and fun items to make you party even better!

Description of edible products is inadequate. Sizes of most items are not on your website. I went to the manufacturers website to find the sizes. Also your code numbers between manufacturer and your site are different in many cases. The product was good, but too many of the delicate shells/cones were damaged in shipping. This needs to be addressed.

It was stated delivery on a date before our event. Did not arrive until after event. Policy states all orders are shipped from Chicago however the explanation was it came from a third party and no refund would be given. Poor business. Will not use again and will not recommend

Very happy to find compostable piping bags! The quality is great and the bags hold up really well. Exactly what I needed! And they arrived very fast. I would love to see some smaller detailing compostable piping bags in the future! I will definitely be a repeat customer.

One star for the product available and only one more for not being able to have the ability to place orders get an invoice and accounts payable paying for it. Hopefully soon that changes. There are a lot of items we need that you guys carry

Restaurantware.com is my first choice for kitchen equipment and small goods. Online chat and customer service are excellent. Shipping costs are high.

Quality merchandise and fast delivery. I've never been disappointed with anything I've purchased through Restaurantware!

The shipping is way to expensive for a wholesale business. It is not reasonable that hotels and food establishments pay the same pricing. We only order when we are in need. We would order alot more if the shipping was not so much. Amazon prime has the same stuff with no shipping better pricing.
