Everything I have ordered from Restaurantware has been top quality and just as described. When a shipment arrived damaged, my correspondence with customer service was 100% satisfactory. It was handled promptly and with courtesy. I would highly recommend this company and will be ordering from them again.

I needed to replace my placemats. Went online and found a set from restaurantware. I am so pleased with my purchase. They look expensive and I expect them to hold up well.

I was making some 4-glass beer flights and wanted to use a 5 ounce tasting glass. Restaurantware had what I wanted at a great price. After purchasing, shipping was fast with no breakage.

I ran out of pearl 4" bamboo picks. The vendor I bought them from does not carry any longer. So I turned to the Internet and there you were! They were out of stock with you, but promised to let me know when they were back in stock. Voila! Happy shopper!
