Just correct! Everything like we expect

Quick and Easy!!!

My order shipped and was delivered much quicker than I expected (and much quicker than other vendors). Good prices and great variety of products.

This is a great product. The 4 oz. size cup was a novelty to those that received our hot cocoa! I'm confident we will be ordering again.

Food items were good once they arrived. Items shipped from two different warehouses, so when one package arrived without the other items we were very concerned. We tried contacting the company and received a message saying the office was open when it actually was not. I contacted the company the next morning and received good news. All my angst could have been allayed had the company just used better customer service (put a note on the invoice indicating the other shipment was coming from a different warehouse and might be a day later; and correct the answering machine message!)

Offered a wide variety of products to choose from. Was able to find what I needed quickly and easily.

The window and lid are very damaged, they look like old boxes. Since I didn’t placed a complaint with in 3 days of receiving the package because of the holidays now they won’t replace them. I use them for confections, so my packaging needs to be beautiful. I will find another supplier.

We received our order 4 days AFTER our event! We paid extra to receive on time and were informed it would arrive in time for our event..It did NOT!
