Sent email specifically inquiring about the rim on a set of glasses. The information returned was more than 50% inaccurate. They are charging $36 for my item, which can be purchased at Amazon for less than half that. On top of that they charged a $22 shipping fee, and offered no option. We'll see how they accommodate me, but I expect a full refund, including shipping and return shipping.

This was my second order with Restaurantware. Products were delivered in excellent condition and were received quickly! Great quality!

When I received my package and opened it I discovered that the bakery boxes I ordered were of such low quality that they will be useless to me. They do not holt together when assembled and practically collapse under the weight of the 4 cupcakes they were meant to contain. I called to initiate a return but was only able to reach an automated response which no viable options, as it was a weekend. I proceeded to send an email to customer service and got a response on Tuesday saying that they do accept returns and asked for my order # which I quickly sent. I waited a few more hours and was asked for the reason for the return. I answered explained the reason and again waited a few hours for a response, in which I was asked to send photos showing how the containers do not hold together and are wobbly. I immediately photographed them and send the images. I waited another day and got a response which said that it is being “investigated” with the warehouse and they will get back to me shortly. Now, another full day has passed and still no word regarding how to proceed with a simple return of an inferior product.
