My order arrived quickly and the product was just as described online. The price seems a good value. I would have been happy to have paid less for shipping because I didn't need to get it in such a hurry, but I'm very happy with the product.

Tried one pan the food did stick which surprised me , have purchased several Kuhn Rikon (Swiss Made) pans even the first time food did not stick in them . I realize one time is not a fair test and wanted to purchase US made pans and thought these were. They look nice seem to be well constructed hopefully will improve with use

I was sent wrong item from an order on Sept 12. Emailed customer service on Sept 17. Their customer service wanted a picture of my order form and items sent. Complied with their request Sept 18. Got the following response from customer service on Sept 21. Thank you! I have contacted our management team and will get back to you soon with a solution. Regards, Kenia Zaldivar Today is Oct 6, and have yet heard from them. Bags were bought to enclose TI 84 Calculators so they could be wiped down between student use because of Covid. Item sent did not fit. Had school wide ACT testing today. Crammed calculators in and used tape to hold top together. Totally disgusted with "service". As all teachers do, we made do with what we had. Simply send correct item to customer as ordered would be appreciated. Also, when you make a mistake by sending wrong item, not the customer's fault, then you ought to rectify the situation without expecting the customer to jump through any additional hoops. Would not recommend ordering from because of wrong item sent and no resolution to their mistake, and not getting back to me with a resolution. Oct 7 Customer Service called and left message. Oct 8 I returned call. They did a full refund.

The Moderna clear plastic heavy duty knives are the best I've been able to locate on the market. I tried them with a skeptical eye on my first order. They have outperformed all other brands and designs I have bought. Very sturdy, can actually cut steaks and chops where the others can't. You get you money's worth, with these knives!
