I got my stuff on time for Thanksgiving. I loved everything except the cake containers. They're not secure and very thin and flimsy. Multiple accidents because the lid is loose does not seal tight. Perhaps I will try something else.

The product came quickly and of a great quality. Actually better than what i was thinking. The product price was fare but the shipping charge was more than it needed to be. Over all very satisfied.

The items I ordered and received were far inferior to products shown on your website. Particularly the RWA0330 cones. These were supposed to be black, grease resistant quality paper. I received flimsy, grey product that I can not use in my shop.

I placed my order a week ago, received half the order quickly but the lids were wrong, they don’t fit the container I got it for. The website linked that lid to be the right one. I reached out same day I received the package and I still haven’t heard from RestaurantWare about a replacement or a return (it’s been 4 days). I also have not received the rest of my order yet and have not received any notification on the status of it. Not happy with the service.
