I think overall, Restaurantware is great. I gave you guys a 4 because of how the mini aluminum disposable baking pans were packed. The ones at one end were dented. Please take care of packaging your goods or please do not accept goods that are less than acceptable from your suppliers. Thx.

The Alba pastry cups were rancid and I was so disappointed as this is a favorite product I like to use for canapes. After reviewing the product, within the hour, I was contacted and my order has been refunded! Also, Restaurantware is reviewing the product to ensure there will be no future issues. Shipping was horrible, content of the box was everywhere, box damaged, cheap box , nothing wrapped together. Of course delivery people had a good time bouncing box everywhere so when when received it was like a box with scrambled eggs in poor shipping!

I’ve been using Restaurantware for seven years and buying from them all the mini disposable item for catering. Also packaging for individual sale and presentation. They have amazing products and the best fast costumers service. I really recommend it!
