Thank you for your feedback! FedEx is our main carrier for all of our shipments and they are currently not guaranteeing any deliveries due to operational delays. Our shipping prices are based on FedEx's current rates, but we offer free FedEx Ground shipping on orders over $500 within the contiguous US.

I ordered a pepper grinder from Amazon and it arrived poorly packaged and damaged. Through Amazon, I contacted Restaurantware and they immediately addressed my complaint and sent me a new pepper grinder. In the future, I will skip Amazon and order directly from Restaurantware.
