Classy products and ships fast. Best to place larger orders in order to make shipping costs more practical. I'm not a restaurant but a perfect resource for restaurants, businesses, and anyone simply looking to entertain.

PRODUCT IS GREAT. JUST WHAT I NEEDED. BUT I OVERBOUGHT 200, THINKING 100 TO A BOX INSTEAD OF 200 PER BOX SO I ENDED UP WITH 400.

Shipping and product quality is great. However, they didn’t ship the correct coffee lids. I ordered matte black cups and matte black lids but got the shiny black lid. It’s not worth the return process. So the look I was going for in branding just isn’t gonna happen.

ME
After the pain Restaurantware.com gave me for a simple return, Restaurant ware.com wants me to rate my satisfaction with this company? I don't think so.Restaurantware.com deserves a minus star. I sent six emails and proof that the company I purchased the item from was not responsible for the return, Restaurantware.com took over a week before sending me a return label, That could have easily been done with my initial email. Therefore, I will not recommend nor will I be shopping with Restaurantware.com again.
