I ordered a heavy duty commercial sink. It appeared that someone dropped it from a very high place because it is 14 gauge, so very thick. It was bent at the very edge of the back splash, and because of the thickness, it would be impossible to bend it back without making it look odd. It took a few calls, because it was drop shipped from the manufacturer, but I have now received my new sink, and I am happy how everything worked out.

After two years of looking/researching for a replacement barbecue grill, WOW-- I came across "Crown-Verity" on the Restaurant Equipment Club website. I then did a lot of on-line inquiring and comparing. This grill is very expensive compared to others, but no other grill can stand up to the quality of a Crown. I could not find anyone that had one, so I jumped with blind faith. I have been rewarded. This grill is the "end-all" of BBQs. I ordered the MCB-30 model and it is built in Canada. I am saying here that my back yard will never be the same; let the smoke rise.

I called to place an order for a second cutting blade in June for my DynaCube and waited several weeks and didn't receive it. (The first one I ordered from them back in May arrived within two weeks.) I called again after waiting several weeks and at first he said he didn't get the order but as I talked more he remembered talking with me. He said he would make sure it was processed this time. That was many weeks ago now and I still haven't received it or any explanation of why. It's too bad because I was really excited about the company's prices and the service I received on my original order. I guess a $100 item isn't worth their time.

I have been working with Cecelia and Dean at The Restaurant Equipment Club for a few years now, it has always been a great experience.
