Our company purchased the Maxx Ice MIM50 Ice machine and it had a leak that could not be repaired. I contacted Restaurant Equipment and they promptly sent me a return label and the Ice Maker was returned. Upon receipt of our return a new machine was quickly sent back to us. The guys at restaurant equipment club were my saviors! With weeks to go before opening for our summer season I met these guys and handed them I project that sounded impossible! But the man, the myth, the legend Tony Donato put together a custom design and an installation schedule and made it happen!! Not only that he came in thousands of dollars under my budget!! Hours before we opened we had a brand new fully functional kitchen line! Tony is the man! Everyone at the company was great to work with!

I bought a Walk-in freezer with REC and they had one of the better prices on this particular freezer, if not the best, after i did all my research. But anyone can sell restaurant equipment. The real reason REC gets a Five Star review, from me, is the service. Specifically, Gwyn Panno assisted me and was very helpful, informative, and friendly throughout the whole process. Also, we had an issue with the freight company during our delivery and Gwyn stepped in and helped resolve the issue very quickly. I was satisfied with my experience with REC and will go back to them if I ever need anymore restaurant equipment.

Anthony Donate and REC was a great resource for the Atosa Hot Plate I received last week. The frieght company was great, communication and delivery time was spot on. There was a small dent on table, on backside, so it is unnoticeable. Other than that, both items in perfect condition. After using it this week, very happy with unit. It works great and looks great. I plan to purchase again from Restaurant Equipment Club.
