No customer service response to emails (2 sent 30 days apart) and left on hold on two phone calls for 30-40 min. Finally, hung up. I wanted to change email and password to check unused certificates in my account. Waste of time and money. They do not respond. Save your time and money. Scam!!!!

They will not remove old restaurants from their site that no longer accepts them. I even sent them a Facebook post from that restaurant apologizing for not accepting them and explaining they have requested to be taken off their site and never have been. Instead they send me a canned email when I send them the proof online and a month later say something about binding and that they should take it. Whole company is sketch. Going to do a local Reddit post to see if others had issues.

This was our first time visit in having lunch or any meal at The Milk House, Sissinghurst. Unfortunately, it did not come up to our expectations. The service was poor with very inexperienced staff. We were virtually ignored. If we wanted anything we had to call over the staff. The mussel main course was dropped on the table and consequently everything spilt on the table causing an absolutely mess. Although quickly cleared away with apologies. It was re-ordered quickly but the crisp flatbread cameback over cooked and burnt. Knives, forks and spoons were dropped on the floor at the service area and quickly put back into the cutlery containers, not taken away and re-washed. The waitress unable to explain various dishes on the menu due to her inexperience. Ladies toilet was scattered with toilet paper and the toilet was not flushed with the door wide open. Obviously an unsupervised toilet. We complained about the flatbread being burnt and the waitress said that she would pass the comments on. At no time did the Manager or anybody of authority come over to our table to discuss our issues. There seems to be a lack of managerial supervision. Consequently, the service charge of 10% was removed from the bill without our asking. Overall the food was reasonable but not good value for money. A very disappointing first time visit.

My bad . I didn’t check the reviews first . I bought 2 certificate for Mi Ranchito at 500 Denslowe Dr Reno Nv. And 2 certificate for Finbomb sushi at 681 S Virginia st Reno NV. Mi Ranchito restaurant don’t honor the certificate they say . There are New Owner. Then the finbomb sushi restaurant is close. When I went back to the restaurant.com site. It said I’ve use the certificate already totally SCAMMED.

Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing from this scam company!

I lost my certificates on my account and they never answer the phone or email!!! Scam 🤷‍♀️
