I have been using restaurants.com for many years. However they should have never updated their web site. The old one was much better. When searching for a restaurant to use, I do not want restaurants 20 and 30 miles away. I want restaurants within a 10 mile radius. Very, very difficult to find on this site.

Hi Chris, Thanks so much for your review—and for being a longtime Restaurant.com user. We truly appreciate your loyalty over the years. We understand that changes to the website can be difficult to adjust to—especially when you’ve grown accustomed to things working a certain way. That said, the recent updates were made to support the future growth of our restaurant network and to offer even more flexibility for customers like you. To help with your search, we recommend using the ZIP code and radius filter to narrow results down to restaurants within your preferred distance. Thanks again for sharing your feedback—it helps us continue improving the experience for everyone in the Restaurant.com community.

Restaurant doesn't offer enough restaurants in the Youngstown and surrounding areas. It's hard to select our area. You need a better site where the deals are advertised and easy to pay with credit cards.
Response from Restaurant.comJun 16, 2025
Hi Kay, Thanks for being a loyal customer and also for your feedback. We understand it can be disappointing when deal options in a specific area—like Youngstown—are limited. We’re actively working on expanding our restaurant network, so stay tuned for new options. To help narrow down what’s available near you, we recommend searching by ZIP code and radius, and using the “Show Deals Only” toggle to filter out restaurants that aren’t currently offering deals. That way, you’ll only see active, redeemable offers. Also, just to clarify—you can absolutely pay with a credit card. That’s always been part of the checkout process - so that should be good news for you. If you need any help or have other questions, just visit restaurant.com/faq. Thanks again for taking the time to share your thoughts!

Discovered Patio Cafe Exceptional place for breakfast, brunch or lunch in Naples in Restaurant.Com. Looked high and low for a good diner and could not find one that could come close to any that I was used to in the North East.
