Couldn't be Better
First, I found the website easy to navigate. Nest, I found it easy to select and checkout the item I selected. Next, the confirmation arrived second after I completed and paid the amount requested. Then, withing a few hours, I received a shipping notice with an expected arrival date. On the expected date of arrival I received a notice of delivery. The product arrived, packaged correctly and in perfect condition. A totally terrific experience!

Their customer service is simply the best.
Their customer service is simply the best. I accidentally ordered an extra set of the wrong filters and they fixed it within minutes when I contacted them. Shipping time is great too.
