Hi Chris! We really enjoyed the valuable training you gave us. I (Trish) attended a 5 day training for real estate investing back in June of this year, and although I learned quite a bit, it was nothing compared to the education I received this past weekend. They were focused on the whole rehab and flip, and didn't mention very much about wholesaling. Thank you so much for taking us step by step through each process. I feel confident now that we can be successful in this business. Aloha!

Was a bit surprised with the lack of attention a few of the participates gave to Charlie, considering how much they paid to be there. Charlie gave great presentations w/a bunch of info, I couldn't keep up taking notes. Really got to understand the transactional funding better. He really got the marketing aspect across - the need to do it. I thank him for teaching the setting goals & working backwards, to realize what I need to do daily to have the results I need to succeed. Related to all well, I personally got a lot out of it & have been going over notes & the workbook today to cement what I learned - to implement in our weekly scheduling meeting for the future week! Thank You Charlie!!!

Chris Strickland was very courteous and very patient. He made the subject easy to understand and stay within Lamen's term. He made absolutely sure we got the answers to our questions!

I was able to learn most of the basics with the online Protege training, but I still thought this class was really helpful because I needed some of the info to be tailored to my local market. Also visiting the properties and knowing what to look for was very valuable.
