So the company overall has some good information but no where near 30k worth. They strategically get you to buy a bigger package that is supposed to accelerate your learning meanwhile the strategies they tell you to use do not work because the market is completely saturated based on the method they tell you to use and the homes that that they themselves send from the FSBO does not even meet the criteria they tell you to look for. Also they tell you are going to get one on one assistance meanwhile my trainee was not readily available to answer question and opportunities were missed because I could not reach anyone and they lead you to believe someone is there to answer your questions all the time. Also the software is completely oversold because it does not work like they say it so and most homes I put in no updated information can be found. They have a good concept and it can work but they seem to take on to much than they can handle and under deliver on the services they say they will provide.

I learned so much at the Diamond 360 Boots on the ground. Instructor was great, and I felt ready to get in the game of real estate investing. I followed his suggestions and began making strides the very next week. Then on Wednesday, I got a high-pressure sales call recommending additional training ... coaching that costs $30,000. Having just spent $40,000 I wanted to try what I learned and get some money back before spending more. But the Response employee Gordon White told me I’d learned NOTHING. Said I was over confident, and would never be successful in real estate without this additional training. He yelled at me and insulted me repeatedly. I left the call feeling lincredibly deflated. I don’t have $70k to spend, not even $40k, it’s borrowed which is their suggested plan. I will work the business with what I know and hope to come out on top. I felt on top of the world until the final sales push. Now I wish I’d never met these people. For $40k, you should get everything you need to know.
