Awash from pozitive energy very helpful and polite

For someone like me, with very little real estate experience, I still feel a little lost. I seem to need more structure when learning. Example: Step 1, step2, etc. Please don’t get me wrong, all of the information presented was very informative. I believe, my lack of RE knowledge, and my learning style, contribute to my confusion. I have been unable to access FSBO. I have emailed response.com, I will try again. Matt Walton is an excellent presenter! Matt, thank you for your help!

Joe was a wonderful instructor who was full of life experience and freely shared it with the class. He shared the best practices for making the best out of the response online tools and explained assignments and flips very well. I would highly recommended boots on the ground through Response to anyone looking to go into real estate investing. The only thing missing in this course is follow up for those students who are going out and implementing. There was information handed out about some mentoring and that got misplaced and I thought it would get discussed before the class would end but I don’t recall hearing a word about it.

Great information and great software to make property research easier. This new pursuit is still going to be work and an exercise in persistence—as the instructor reminded us many times. But the right training and tools and accountability of other class mates should make the difference!

Dr Adam Leffler was very knowledgeable and we had a lot of information in those 3 days, plus each evening we sat and worked on things that we had learned.
