Beware ... this DOES NOT work
This company solicits reviews immediately following class ... BEFORE you have tried what they teach. The reality? It does NOT work like they say. At least not in a hot market. You won't find a bunch of $3-5k wholesale properties. You can't spend 2-10 hours per week. Your realtor will fire you because he gets tired of your low offers that get rejected. There are TONS of cash buyers. And there are FIRMS full of people who market aggressively to get these houses off market. Your bandit signs or ads will not compete with their constant direct mail and referrals and relationships. They are well rooted in every city. Do NOT spend a dime on this company!!!! Request a refund if you can. It DOES NOT work like they say. Read a book or watch some you tube videos ... you can learn everything they're selling for free. Then go out and use that $39-78k they wanted to take from you to buy a real property NOT a dream that doesn't exist.

Thank you Kara. This is an Education program that includes hands on help from professionals who are making the program work. I agree that some markets are better to work in than others and that is why we teach the concepts that can be used anywhere. I am sure some people, if they have enough time to go through the trial and error, can learn this on their own. We feel that it is far better to have someone who has been through the process hundreds of times help you bypass those areas that may not work. Greg was an outstanding instructor
Greg was an outstanding instructor. He was personable, down to earth, and highly motivating. His examples were right on the button and he had the patience of Jobe. Anyone wanting to get into real estate investing would be lucky to get Greg Murphy.

We could not be more pleased with the training to date! That includes every contact with deal desk and the BOG training. Partnering with Response is by far the single most important personal and business decision that I have ever made. PERIOD. The knowledge I have gained gives me the confidence that is needed to be a successful Real Estate Investor. Not only have the taught me how to understand the rules of the "game" they more importantly showed me how to structure my business in a way that allows me to keep it in tact, free from others that would seek to capitalize on our financial success.
